Provides training in difficult airway recognition and management, including endotracheal intubation (ETT), LMA placement, surgical airway procedures (tracheostomy and cricothyrotomy), and tension pneumothorax decompression; it can be used with a simulated patient monitor for realistic emergency resuscitation training.

- No electrical power required; mechanically simulates tongue edema, laryngospasm, pharyngeal swelling, and one-lung ventilation
- Supports oropharyngeal/nasopharyngeal airways and endotracheal intubation
- Supports double-lumen endotracheal tube placement; an on/off switch allows one-lung ventilation without the need for a clamp
- Right mainstem bronchial intubation produces unilateral chest rise
- The left and right lungs can be independently shut off
- Supports CPR; the head and neck can be easily flexed and extended, and supports jaw thrust and head-tilt/chin-lift maneuvers
- Supports cricothyrotomy: includes normal and surgical cricothyroid membrane inserts and supports both vertical and horizontal incisions
- Bilateral needle decompression at the 2nd intercostal space for tension pneumothorax
- Bilateral chest tube drainage at the 5th intercostal space using standard large-bore chest tubes
- Pupil dilation and constriction can be manually adjusted
